What is a Cricut Machine, and What Can it Do?

Published almost 3 years ago • 1 min read

Hi Reader,

Serious question - how is it August already?

For some of us, that means back-to-school season: new classes, new teachers and new school supplies (my favorite!) This year, I'm using my Cricut to customize my kid's school gear, just to make it a little more fun.

Do you have a Cricut?

My Cricut machines are some of the most powerful tools in my craft toolkit. I use them all the time to make a wide variety of crafts, including custom t-shirts, greeting cards, stickers, and so much more.

If you love to craft with paper and vinyl, you’ll love using your Cricut. I think you’ll appreciate how quickly and quietly the Cricut machine can cut even the most intricate designs.

I know that I’m always impressed with how professional my crafts look when I use the Cricut to cut them out!

Happy Crafting!

Hey there, Reader, You know how some folks say, “My eyes are bigger than my stomach” when they’ve piled on too much food on their plates? Well, I have a similar story to tell… but with yarn! Last week, I thought it would be a good idea to start a great big granny square blanket project. Well, it’s been seven days, and guess...

Hey there, Reader! Just the other day, I was helping my friend navigate her first-ever crochet amigurumi pattern. She was armed with a crochet hook and this unstoppable enthusiasm, but the pattern was a complete mystery to her. Who can blame her? Between all the * and ( ), we might as well be reading secret code! Well, long story short, it inspired me to write a brand new article just for you: "Your Ultimate Guide to Crochet Terms and Abbreviations". It's like a decoder ring for your yarn...
